       Cakes with almonds a a recipe of Aude Arnoux Ingredients for 15 cakes

       - Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl 
      - Put a little flour on the table - Roll the paste flat ( keep a minimum thickness of 3mm) - Cut out the paste with punches - Place the cakes on an aluminium foil - Bake in oven for 5 minutes, thermostat 4-5 (150 ° C )  | 
    
       - Avoid overbaking .

       Cold Saussage with  chamallows   * 200 G  black chocolate   
  | 
    - Melt chocolate and butter - Out of fire, add egg, then icing sugar - Break biscuits in small pieces - Divide the chamallows in 4 - Mix in a salad bowl biscuits, chamallows and the chocolate mixture - Pour the preparation in aluminum foil - Roll up the aluminim around the preparation to give it the shape of a saussisson. - Put for 6 hours in the refrigerator  | 
    
       The finished product resembles to a true saussage ; it tastes of chocolate and not much of chamallow .
